This substantial hedge provides a lot of cover but and take a lot of cutting! Established trees are Ash plus four Silver Birch planted more recently as the ‘most wildlife friendly’ native trees we could get. Lots of daffodils and tulips here in spring.

We took a bet on EV Chargers and put in cabling for twelve. We started with three in 2019 then expanded to six in 2024. The original bays are now being doubled up to provide nine with three more to bring the total to twelve in Q1 2026.

To encourage EV adoption, all chargers are ‘free vend’ i.e. no cost to use for tenants and visitors. The electricity used is paid for by a £1.50 per square foot ‘Carbon Charge’ levied on all tenant companies. This also pays for our annual carbon offsetting and makes a contribution to capital projects.
