Originally occupied by one company, Claydon Court has evolved into a small office community with ten separate office spaces. Over the past 25 years it has developed into an example of sustainable business and environmental best-practice.

Outside, Claydon Court has sixty car park spaces, many of which have been upgraded to support electric vehicles. Car sharing is encouraged and alternative transport support includes cycle racks, showers and lockers. We use all our space outside for maximum environmental benefit with extensive rewilding and wildlife zones.

Partners are encouraged to use our Less is MOR model as a base-point to becoming carbon balanced themselves. This has resulted in several joining the Suffolk Carbon Charter, Suffolk 25 By 25 and other certification schemes. Recently, partners sponsored EV charging points to encourage colleagues and customers to move to electric vehicles.

Length of tenure currently averages over twelve years. Whilst partners work in different sectors they are united in sharing environmental and sustainable values. These are co-ordinated and converted into taking action through our Carbon Champions online community.

Claydon Court has been calm, green, sustainable office property for nearly thirty years. We wonder why every office property isn’t the same, and are doing all we can to help others do something similar. Contact us if you’d like to discuss this.
