‘Beech’ is the original barn around which the Claydon Court office complex was built. It is a light, bright office consisting of 1,000 sq ft of vaulted, timbered office space with eight allocated parking spaces.
Beech is being specifically reconfigured to support flexible working. We are seeking up to five tenants to use this office space for one day per week, with colleagues working from home for the other four days per week.
The move to more flexible accommodation reflects inevitable changes in working patters accelerated by recent Covid lockdowns. The associated substantial reduction in congestion and carbon emissions resonates with our carbon ambitions too.
