You may have noticed shiny new bikes out front this morning.   These are all YOUR use and kindly supported by Suffolk County Council’s ‘Fresh Ways to Work’ programme.

We need to return the favour and that means taking part in the Suffolk Cycle Challenge.  THIS IS THE LAST WEEK SO WE’D BEST GET ON WITH IT!  I’m going for a spin on Wednesday lunchtime and it would be great if any one else could join me for some fresh air (and great photo opportunity!)
