Courtesy of tenant Neutral Territory, we’ve taken a carbon calculator built for community sport and adapted it to work for small business. The aim is to enable all Claydon Court tenants to widen the scope of carbon emission measurement beyond property into transport and other sources.

We estimate we’ll emit 57 tonnes of co2e in 2023. We need to reduce it to 41 tonnes (28% year-on-year) to be Carbon Net Zero by 2030. It will be tough, but we have a plan. Tenant involvement is essential and they will be able to record and share your carbon actions too.
