As part of our contribution to the Suffolk 25 x 25 project I’m interviewing companies involved every week until 2025 arrives – just 49 weeks to go. To get this rolling I’ve interviewed myself as the first person on to the Suffolk LCC programme back in 2010 and still going strong (ish).

To keep this as brief as it needs to be these days, I’m distilling discussions down to two issues: the Drivers and Barriers to taking action. My biggest driver is coming up with what seem like ideas and being the first to implement them. My biggest barrier is convincing other people that they are a good idea, and to actually do them.
