Tenants at Claydon Court are the first to benefit from the agreement we have made with World Land Trust to balance or offset their carbon emissions.  These totalled just over 100 tons over the past two years and were offset using WLT’s verified offsetting agreement.

More details on way shortly including individual certification for tenants who directly contribute to this as part of their lease agreement.  This helps them towards their own sustainable business ambitions many of whom progress these through the Low Carbon Deviants programme.
