Ex-Chancellor David ‘Nine Jobs’ Osborne famously justified a decade of austerity on ‘mending the roof when the sun is shining’. Not much austerity for him since joining Robey Warshaw however, the top partner earned £27m last year!

For us lesser mortals, it’s tempting to delay preventative maintenance until business picks up but we’ll crack on. So we’re using the same mantra to justify replacing 40 year old worn felt above reception with new.
