One of the benefits of recent snow was to prove our theory about Muntjac deer visiting for crab apples (see earlier post).  The tracks clearly prove Tony’s hypothesis …  

The bad news is they are using the land adjoining for access which is scheduled for redevelopment. And the land beyond that too for housing. You do wonder where they actually live now, or where they will live in the future.

The rest of the grounds look nice though …
