All Claydon Court property emissions were offset for the calendar year 2022. This was done through the World Land Trust Carbon Balanced programme for the 12th consecutive year.

Property emissions arise from electricity and water. Both are reported to tenants who use these for their own carbon planning. Action to reduce emissions is continuous and documented in earlier posts.

Scope of emissions is widening. So too is support for tenants and others who use Claydon Court on both permanent and flexible bases. These carbon services are managed and delivered by our colleagues at Neutral Territory.
