Energy (i.e. electricity) use is shared with all tenants as part of our Less is MOR programme i.e. Measure Offset Reduce. We’re reduced our EPC Rating from G to A but still not reducing as quickly as we’d like. Steps to improve this are scheduled for 2025. Watch this space.
