Attached is the annual report outlining Claydon Court energy use in 2025.

Energy use increased by 17% during the year, this was due to increases in both user intensity and EV Charger use.   With electric vehicles becoming the norm, we need to review our policy on how this cost is managed in future. 

The good news is that we have renewed our contract with Ecotricity at a very similar rate, so there is no increase in per kWh cost due in April.   This might change later this year depending on any agreed changes in EV policy.
